The cold chain management is done to store items that are perishable under normal temperature. The cold chain would have a continuous series of storage and allocation activity maintaining the temperature range. This helps in increasing the shelf life of the products that are stored. The biobanking is normally used to store processed food, photograph films, specimens, and pharmaceutical drugs. The temperature would be maintained in the cold chain. There are several pharmaceutical products which require specific temperature to be preserved. The common temperature used to store the medicinal products is 2 to 8 degree Celsius. The biological sample management would be done by monitoring the temperature in which it is stored constantly. If the temperature has high fluctuations then the sample could be damaged. The tissue storage system has become well advanced these days with the invention of several new technologies in storage. There are different departments in the concerned organization that would handle the storage, transportation, issuance etc of the stored specimen. The staff would maintain a record of all the organs that are used in the hospital. The records of patients who have undergone transplantation is also maintained there. "
